Hardware Value of 3DSs on desirable firmwares?

Hey guys, I don't know if this is the right place to ask, but I'm wondering what is the value of 3DS systems on the lower firmwares?
I am trying to sell a 3DS XL on 4.5 and a New 3DS on 9.2 and I'm not sure what price would be reasonable. Would they be worth slightly more than retail since the firmware is ideal? Or would they be worth less since it's already been opened?
Any advice would be quite helpful.

300+ for the new 3ds (if its new and scratchless) and the Old 3DS does not change since people can buy an Old 3DS new in box with a guaranteed compatible firmware.
