Upload button blank in Firefox

As you can see from the picture, my Upload button is just a blank square. I can still click on it. I'm using Firefox, and I've tried opening in Safe Mode. I had the same problem. It does work fine in Internet Explorer.

It's the same thing in the Quick Reply box.

Yeah, it's a problem with the flash uploader (which is the default).
Make sure you have the latest version of flash installed.
Alternatively, you can disable the flash uploader in your preferences.

Updating Adobe Flash Player fixed it. Thanks.
