ROM Hack Unlimited number of badges on the Home Menu?

Hey Temps!

So there is a limited number of badges you can have on your home screen. I just found out (bout a week age (week ago) )about Mr. Cheese custom badges
Is there a way to bypass the number of badges on the home menu?
I keep searching and searching but I only seem to get the badge arcade hack showing up.
