Hacking Uninstalling CFW and Re-Installing

You don't need to uninstall cfw to see if it works.
It will boot ntrboot.firm if it was successful, boot.firm if it wasn't successful.

So just rename something other than luma3ds to ntrboot.firm and check to see if it boots.

what the file should i change it's name?

do you mean change boot9strap.firm to ntrboot.firm?
or boot.firm to ntrboot.firm?

You can if you're a little creative with the wording.

It can still be taken down if someone reports it though.
I saw someone selling a "streaming ready" 3DS with pictures clearly showing lots of games installed. But the price they were asking was completely unreasonable so I reported it saying something like "seller is selling a modded console"
