Homebrew Unable to change color of covers in wiiflow

I have changed the coverColor to black in Wiiflow, coverColor=000000 in the plugins folder in Wiiflow. But the snes9x covers is still green, my fceux covers red and not64 is still white. What am I doing wrong.
Any tips?

Did you change each individual plugins .ini?

Yes, changed individual ini. In pluginsfolder in Wiiflow. Fceugx, snes9x-gx and not64
