The following post is a tutorial based on the conversation between me and @frostvi3n over at this thread:
http://wololo.net/talk/viewtopic.php?f=65&t=45421&p=404676

THIS TUTORIAL IS UNTESTED AND IS MERELY SPECULATION, SO IT WOULD BE GREAT IF SOMEONE COULD TEST THIS OUT.

Almost all of the credit of this tutorial goes to frostvi3n.

How to share games between Vita accounts:

Things needed:

- 2 PSN accounts (for clarification purposes, consider account #1 your own account, and account #2 your friends account).
- 1 PS3 with latest OFW or CFW (be aware to be protected in CFW to access the PSN store without taking much risk of being banned.)
- 1 PSVita (of course) with e-mail trick activated (meaning: FW 3.55 or below only, AFAIK) with 1 Memory card. The bigger the better. This tutorial can also be made using 2 memory cards, infact, it may be easier and better, but for the sake of not everyone owning 2 memory cards, the tutorial is made with only 1 memory card in mind.
- 1 PC running VitaUpdateBlocker

Regarding the PS3, personally, I reccomend the following:
install the latest version of REBUG CFW on your PS3.
Then, after that, install "psnpatch". With it, you will be able to hide the CFW functions and access the PSN Store in a more safe way (avoiding a possible block/ban from $ony).
With that all set, run psnpatch, access the PSN store and download what you want.

Steps:

WARNING: NEVER UPDATE YOUR VITA. MAKE SURE YOU FOLLOW THESE STEPS WITHOUT ACCIDENTALLY UPDATING YOUR VITA!

1) In your Vita (Account #1), backup EVERYTHING from your Memory Card to your PC using QCMA
2) Backup these needed files using e-mail method:

email:send?attach=tm0:npdrm/act.dat. (http://www.psx-place.com/forum/tuto...-vita-pstv-file-system-via-eml-hack-3234.html)
email:send?attach=vd0:registry/system.dreg.
email:send?attach=vd0:registry/system.ireg.
email:send?attach=ux0:id.dat.
+info: (http://wololo.net/talk/viewtopic.php?f=65&t=44480&p=400260&hilit=IDPS#p400181.)

Consider the ACT.DAT above ACT #1

3) Now, in the PS3, your friend must create a "new" account (luckily for us, the PS3 supports multiple accounts).
He won't create a NEW account, he will simply insert is currently existing Vita account in the PS3
(consider your friend account as Account #2). Now with is account in the PS3, he must login into PSN store, and download his bought Vita games to the PS3.

4) Grab the Vita. First, we clear the ID.DAT of the memory card using this tutorial: http://hackinformer.com/2015/06/26/how-to-swap-your-vita-memory-card-without-formatting/
This will enable the card to be inserted without asking to be formatted.
Remove the card from the Vita.

Next, we do a System Restore. Insert the ACCOUNT #2 information in the Vita when asked, but remember that you CAN'T LOGIN INTO PSN, or it will ask you to update.

Insert the memory card into the Vita, it will ask to reboot, rebuild the database and ready. No loss of data (if everything wen't accordingly), but then again, everything is backed up in QCMA, as safety precaution. If any existing bought games were in the card, they won't work, because they are linked to the ACCOUNT #1. Demos will work without issue. Continuing...

5) Now, with the Vita using Account #2 (your friends account), connect your Vita to the internet using your PC as a proxy with the program VitaUpdateBlocker. All you need to do is insert the internet settings. MAKE SURE TO SELECT THE PROXY USAGE AND USE YOUR PC IP ADDRESS (presented in the program window)

6) Now, connect the Vita to the PS3 (both using Account #2), to be able to transfer the games from the PS3 to the Vita. Using VItaUpdateBlocker in this method, the games will transfer without requesting the Vita to update. Also, if any activation is needed, this will clear that out as well, AFAIK. Transfer all the Vita games from the PS3 to the Vita.

7) Right now, if everything went OK, the Vita has all your friends bought games in it and still remains in an older firmware 3.55 or lower, still having the e-mail trick activated.

8) Now, we backup the newly generated files using e-mail method:[/b]

email:send?attach=tm0:npdrm/act.dat. (http://www.psx-place.com/forum/tuto...-vita-pstv-file-system-via-eml-hack-3234.html)
email:send?attach=vd0:registry/system.dreg.
email:send?attach=vd0:registry/system.ireg.
email:send?attach=ux0:id.dat.
+info: (http://wololo.net/talk/viewtopic.php?f=65&t=44480&p=400260&hilit=IDPS#p400181.)

Consider this ACT.DAT above ACT #2

9) Now, we clear the ID.DAT of the memory card again, using this tutorial: http://hackinformer.com/2015/06/26/how-to-swap-your-vita-memory-card-without-formatting/
This will enable the card to be inserted without asking to be formatted.

10) Now, system restore the Vita again. This time, insert the initial/default (ACCOUNT #1) account settings.

11) We restore ACT.DAT #1 to the Vita, reverting it to it's "initial" state.

12) Insert the memory card in the Vita. It will ask to reboot and it will rebuild the database.

If there were bought games in the memory card prior to all this method, they should be working again, and also, you should have your friends games installed in the memory card as well, but they won't work with this ACT.DAT #1 file.
So, everything should be back to what it was before the tutorial, except, you now have more games (the ones your friend bought and shared with you).

Right now, technically speaking, your Vita Memory Card has all the games in the memory card associated with the correct SERIAL NUMBER in the ACT.DAT file, the only thing "wrong" is the account...

So, whenever you want to play your friends games, just switch over the ACT.DAT #2 file, reboot, and play the games he shared with you! If you want to play your games, do the same process, reverting to the ACT.DAT #1 file.

Please keep in mind that the games he shared with you will probably not work online. Infact, it's RECOMMENDED that you stay OFFLINE when using ACT.DAT #2, because $ony can easily detect 2 Vita's using the same account/ID????
So, keep this in mind to save your and your friends account. If he shared his games with you, this is the least you can do to thank him. =)

That's that! THIS IS STILL NOT TESTED, AND UNFORTUNATELLY, I HAVE NO WAY TO TEST THIS. IF ANYONE CAN TEST THIS OUT, COMMENTS AND RESULTS ARE MORE THAN WELCOME.

A BIG SPECIAL THANKS TO frostvi3n.

in short, you only need one memory card and a ps3, then you need another memory card with games on it. the ps3 and some files exchanged avoids having to use PSN to download the games and tick down your three console limit for game downloads, under that account. ............................ all good ideas, but I don't know anyone with a memory card willing to trust me with it LOL .......................... how about some good old fashion account trading with a second memory card, and just swap out, that will give each of you 1 more console to download games under your account (max 3 limit), so thats one more friend, and perhaps buy another memory card for that?

I have another Idea, removes the need to have another memory card nearby, so you just need: Your Memory Card, PS3, and another Memory Card (not your friends or anything, just yours)

Use "Vitaftp" dump everything, zip it and then send it to a friend via the internet. Then get a separate memory card, format it, then may hack it and add Vita FTP to it (just remove your existing memory card, and pop in the new one), now add all the new files and stuff to it from the dump, replacing all your existing files there, then follow the guide at step one. (this assumes both memory cards with hacks work?) (the account should be save because there's no password you can use with PSN, did I get that right).
