Let me see if I understand: It's mandatory to have a functional emunand to clone back to sysnand, right? Can I restore a bricked N3DS without any functional emunand and any backup?

You at least need something to start from. If your N3DS is bricked and you have no backups and you have no CTRNAND / FIRM0FIRM1 XORpads, you are out of luck.

It is possible to restore it just using CTRNAND / FIRM0FIRM 1 XORpads only?

In that case you'd have a starting point, but it would still be very much hopeless unless you knew the cause of the brick.

Ive got an similiar problem like yours.
Ive stuck on 2.1 without a functional nand.bin but i have a9lh already installed (new3ds).
The emergency files are stored on my pc, a functional emunand with 2.1 and another new 3ds, maybe it is useful.

I cant acces the homemen because luma is already setup

I think on somethings like take a backup of my N3ds xl, restore this to my New 3ds (emunand?) and then inject the emergency files and (and my otp) to it.

I hope anyone got an idea!

It is not that simple - what you suggested won't work in any case... You need to try and get back up. Let @slslasher help you. You've got the advantage that you have the NAND header, which slslasher had not. You will most likely have to get a NAND mod, cause you have no (at least no easy) way of getting back up with a9lh installed, and you will get back up to v11.0.

If thats the case it will be going back to the seller because i can't do a nand mod myself and i dont want to ship it to another country.

And the seller will take it back? Join us on freenode #Cakey, maybe we will have an idea on what to do. Much better than trying to discuss it here. Maybe @slslasher wants to join, too?

First of all, don't send pms for things like this (seen my signature?). Always use Google first - if you're really in the same situation as @slslasher you're in for a lot of work, and you won't succeed if you don't help yourself. In that case, you don't need to use this specific version of OTPHelper, new ones work, too. My hourlies (including OTPHelper) are in my signature.
