Here's a better version of the Photoshop Action (works on CS3 and up for sure, prior versions I'm unsure) along with a blank template file:
http://www.mediafire.com/?ingmzejo3my

The above is meant to work for 176x248 images.

1. Open blank.png in Photoshop
2. Create a new layer and paste in your standard cover image
3. Stretch/shrink the standard cover image if necessary to fill the 176x248 layer
4. Ensure the new layer is centered and at the top of the layer list
5. Run the Photoshop action
6. ???
7. PROFIT

Edit:

You can, of course, resize the image after you're done to something smaller without losing quality. So, go ahead and shrink the final 176x248 image down to 160x224 if you really want.

When you only have the flat frontcover and you are using Stylebuilder:

Download this version:

Tutorial to Create 3D Box Styled Wii Covers
-------------------------------------------
unpack at C: (root)
1) Open StyleBuilder
2) File->Open, select "WiiFrontOnly.xml" style (WiiFrontOnlyShadow.xml will create shadow like the original)
3) Click "Choose Input" button on the top left side
4) Browse for and select the WII flat DVD cover to transform
5) Click "Do Transform" to perform the transformation
6) Click "Save Output" button on the bottom left side
7) Enter the name of the file to save the PNG output

Create 3D covers with Adobe Fireworks CS3 that looks exactly the same like the originals you use with your Wii

small tut. how it works

- save/extract the script and noimage.png
- start Fireworks CS3
- browse to the dir where you extract the 2 files
- open noimage.png
- Go to Commands (top) and click Run Script
- browse to the dir where you extract the 2 files
- open 3D-cover.jsf

It will open a window where you select the flat cover (160 x 224).
once you select it and clicked on open....
the magic has allready been done (that fast!!)
and it will promt you to save the new image

I has the same size as all other 3D covers from NeoRame 176 x 248.
Feel free to adjust. (edit .jsf with notepad)

I didn't test it with CS4 or any other language than Englisch, but I think it will work because it's just a script.

If you upload to WiiTDB, you don't need any template, it is done for you.
The disc transparency is added and the 3D cover is generated from the regular cover.
