My other accounts got banned without me even posting anything, but they all had the same Mii. When I changed the Mii of another account, I lasted a little more. PF2M has the habit of reusing Miis, which might have been leading to him being banned.

Numerous different things can lead to the dreaded "analysis" of your account.

Only if you have arm9loaderhax, as doing it on menuhax sysNAND will brick your 3DS.

I only have a 9.2 o3ds, with a broken SD reader, but has Rxtools EmuNAND installed. I'm guessing I don't meet the standards? (I also have Ninjhax installed)

Yes, you'd have to either do this on your EmuNAND or get a9lh, which is a long process and you should just deal with EmuNAND for now.

If we could edit the MAC address and the SecureInfo_A signature somehow, and always used a proxy, we would be invulnerable, but at the moment, not quite.

For change the mac address no you would need to buy another network card? this is containing the mac, not? So... Change the Code and replace the adapter wifi and done? (and thus avoid another ban) or the mac this elsewhere?

I don't think so. I think the ban in that case is from your Game Sync ID. You'd have to restart the game.

or mac ban?

and for the mac ban, im afraid that it will also affect my sysnand to be banned as theres no way yet to change mac address...

If they do I guess it can still be circumvented but it'd be harder.

We found this out from someone in the Miiverse Custom Image Tool thread who switched their Wi-Fi Card to check if the ban was gone:

Alright, I've got some news. I swapped the wi-fi card in my console-banned 3DS with one from a non-banned 3DS. I'm still restricted from using online services.

They said that their MAC address did change, but the ban itself didn't go away.

It could theoretically still exist, but if it does, then they obviously don't use it if we've abused hacks so much and gotten away with it for this long.

Until we find out what it is, know that there is more variables that could possibly be used to track bans.

Here's my best guess. At the moment, you cannot circumvent this with 1 3DS. This hidden logic board ID could somehow be spoofed with something like an NTR plugin, but for now, nope.

My only guess after that is that there's a hidden logic board ID that's being used, and it would be in either the GPU or the bootrom, but nobody's crazy enough to replace those. Well, thanks for doing it anyway.

Launch it as an a9lh payload. Plailect's guide should have info on that on Step 5.
Also, in case you didn't know, you can inject to SysNAND on A9LH if you want.

This thread came into existence because of Miiverse bans, something that I've gotten past hundreds of times now.
Badge Arcade cheating is another, and other people have gotten banned from games like Mario Kart 7 too.
These are just a few examples.
