Get the Mew event at home!

Due to the recent pokemon distribution, and the inefficiency of Nintendo France, I added the GAME Spain Nintendo Zone in my NbaHomePass program. It is now possible to simulate this Nintendo Zone and then get a code to receive the event.

I. Set up NbaHomePass

First you are going to need the program itself, you can download it here : http://mrnbayoh.tumblr.com/downloads (don't forget to download the BASE256.txt).

Then put the two files in a folder.
Open a command prompt and enter : "cd PATH" where PATH is the path to the folder containing the file.
You can now write : "nbahomepass.exe base256.txt false XXX XXX" where XXX is a number that does not matter if your are not going to homepass.
Then press enter, le program will start and continue the configuration until you see : "Starting hosted network...".

II. Get the code

Before doing anything, delete your main wifi connection from the 3DS, or prevent it to connect to your home wifi by changing the SSID for example.
Then power on your console, you should see a message saying you that the Nintendo Zone service is available.
Open the Nintendo Zone app, and then you will see the event ad, just click on the middle button of the screen and you will get the code.
You can now receive your event!

I am sorry if the tutorial is a little bit quick but I have currently some exams. I just wanted to make the thing doable by everyone.

Well, just to let everyone know:

Nintendo Zone service has been discontinued on US 3DS on firmware 9.9.

I was able to detect the Nintendo Zone and "connect" to it on my 9.2 sysnand, but it asks for a system update.

edit

I wasn't able to find the 9.8 CIA pack, so I tried the 9.6 (emunand).
3DS kept asking for the update. I updated my emunand and Nintendo Zone was gone again.

It's not working for some reason. It always gives me this: 'PATH' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

How do I get it to work? Thanks

Did you copy paste the instructions? You might have accidentally left in the inverted commas or another piece of punctuation. Easily enough done. :)

When I open cmd, and type in "cd PATH" it gives me this:
'PATH' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
Wherein PATH is the path/location of the nba homepass

I didn't quite get you, what do you mean by copy/paste the instructions?

You got it all wrong, haha.

My nba homepass folder is called homepass and I put it on the root of C: hard drive.

So I use: cd C:\homepass

Eh so what is required to do this? I got a O3DS on 9.0 and 10.3 EmuNAND.

Following the instructions. That's all you need. And a 10.5 emuNAND, I guess.

I did that, but now what do I type in 'XXX XXX'? Sorry for being such a n00b :/

EDIT: Got it working, thanks! :)

Just tested it, worked great on sysnand 10.5.
It's pretty nice as Pokemon France really sucks (we haven't had any communication about the Mew event yet) :P
