Where did you place ntrviewer.exe? The error message appears to be searching for it under Desktop/NTRViewer/

I followed this guide but every time I tried to open NitroStream I get a " NitroStream stopped working" error immediately.
I used all the download links that where posted in the OP also deleted the program and replaced it with a new download.

Did you run NTR on your console first before using Nitro Stream on your PC?

Yeah i used the "Boot NTR, NTR CFW Selector" and got i think it was 3.4
    IT says in Nitro Stream
    Connecting...
ERR: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond (some numbers)

Would be nice if there was a similar method on Luma3DS.

It looks like your PC isn't properly detecting your N3DS. Can you please quickly double-check to see if your console's IP is correct? Sometimes IP addresses aren't fixed on a wireless network and can change.

That can't be right, 0.0.0.0 isn't a valid IP address, normally it follows the structure of 192.168.AAA.BBB (AAA.BBB are different numbers depending on your system). What tool are you using to check the IP address?

Do you have access to an Android or iOS device? There's a free app called Fing that can be used to scan your wireless network and list the IP address of connected devices.

Make sure that your N3DS, PC, and iOS device are all connected to the same network when you perform the scan.

I can record with 100% quality and no drop with OBS, but I have a lot of drops when I try to stream... My upload speed is adequate and Twitch inspector says everything is OK. Any idea ? I don't understand. Maybe something wrong with my local network.

Were you able to obtain the N3DS' IP address? Also, does your network allow devices to communicate with each other locally? For some reason some routers don't allow that and as a result it prevents NTR streaming from working.
What tool are you using to launch NTR Viewer? Are you using the original NTR pack, Nitro Stream, KitKat (formerly CTR-V), or NiTRoMac? I noticed that while all of those work fine for recording, OBS only ever streams reliably with the original NTR pack while NTR Viewer sessions launched with the other tools experience a terrible frame rate.

Does your PC have a firewall set up? Try running NTR as administrator and add it as an exception if your firewall is blocking it.
