Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE restoration

    I've been trying to dump my game with ddd, however whenever I boot up the exe on my pc, it instantly closes. With ddd no longer having an active community, is there a different approach to dumping (and patching) the game? I've noticed Wudump, will that give me the required files to work with? Anything special I need to do?

    Edit: I narfed big time, didn't notice I had to command prompt the title dumper instead of starting it up. Ignore this.

    Both the game and DLC are on the same drive. SOmeone mentioned I might have changed the GameID but I don't know how to check or change it.

    Edit: I figured I might have a poor quality dump of my game, as pack_060 and the four pack_999's are missing. I'll see what I can go.

    Is it possible to convert from NUS to loadiine format and back again after the patch so that I can install it on my wiiu without using loadiine(using wupinstaller)?

    Alright, so I recently purchased a hard copy of the game myself, however I did not dump it directly because I have not had the best experiences with dumping through DDD.
    So, I alternatively downloaded a dump of the game from another source. The dump was split into 6 parts, like this

    I have joined the discord though admittedly it is not as active as I had wished, but I suppose it was to be expected.
    One user did, however tell me that I should only extract the 1st part, and apply the patch to that one part. I did as such, however I instantly knew that it probably went wrong when the process only took a few minutes. I did the patch check thing and, indeed, all of the files came up as error.

    So basically, how would I go about applying the patch to this? Here's what's exactly in that Part 1 of the dump for extra reference I guess?

    I would post a direct link to the dump but I don't know if that's allowed or whatever so I won't. It's the dump from darkumbra, though.

    EDIT: It seems like I just had the actual patching folder incorrectly done. Wow, thanks for the help!
    Though...how exactly would I load the game? I load Smash through SDCafiine and Kernel, through loadiine. Would that work with this?
    And on another note, I've been playing the game unpatched for a while, though haven't beaten it. Would anything happen to my saves? Or, once loaded, the patched game saves on a different spectrum? Basically, will I lose anything on my regular game after loading the patched version?

    When the patcher asks you which folder to target, you target the folder that contains code, content and meta. Or, more directly, the one called content.

    I've never had loadiine and I patched it just fine.

    I just got it from the "iso" site all patched up and ready for install to HDD or USB.

    Yes, since it's the patched version. So you'll have to use mocha or haxchi.

    If by sig patches, you mean CFW like mocha, you do not. Last i checked, you do not need sigpatches for this game. Is a Legit game, all games sold at retail do not require such things when installed on the system, only games on eshop exclusive do need it.

    Basically what you wanna do is get the game in loadiine format. Use the patcher, repackage the game to a WUP installer file and then use a installer to install the game. After that you can just play it. You will need CFW like mocha if you want to use the DLC.

    I was just being clear what you do need CFW for and don't. You don't need it for any game sold at retail, if a disc version of it exist, you don't need CFW for it.

    I've always needed to load up CFW in order to play this version of the game, it never worked otherwise, which is why this info is new to me.


    Edit: Then again I never converted the loadiine files into wup installer format, I just downloaded it from the iso site.
