This is the easiest way for anyone who lives outside the US to get videos from Nintendo Video.
Just change the Primary DNS on your 3DS to 184.22.4.38 and the Secondary DNS to 184.22.4.37. And thats it!
This also works for Japanese 3DS systems.

No, it doesn't............If you have imported it from the US and you live outside the US it won't work....it will give you a message saying 'The Nintendo Video Service is not available from your current location'.

Is there a way like that if you have a European 3DS and outside of Europe (UK specifically)? Because none of the other methods worked for me.

Did you do a connection check on Nintendo Video?
If it is successful, open Nintendo Video and press the HOME BUTTON (but don't close the NV application).
Next, open the Internet browser and browse a few pages. After that, close the browser and open Nintendo Video. You should see the videos being downloaded...

No, I want to download a Japanese video to a US/CAN 3DS. Unless there are DNS addresses for those?
