ROM Hack Super robot taisen L translation

I am new to translations and rom Hacking so right now I am following The Ultimate Nintendo DS ROM hacking Guide available on this site http://gbatemp.net/t291274-the-ultimate-ni...m-hacking-guide and I would like to know if anyone wishes to help. As you can see I have no experience so anyone is welcome to join if not support is welcomed

I tried to hack this game but it froze after I made some translation, i tried over & over it still froze. Since I'm just a noob romhacker my skill won't get me any further so I stopped & play it clean. I hope advance romhacker (who is interested in SRW) will start a project on this game.
