Gaming Stuck at loading when starting special ops and multiplayer mode in Modern Warfare 3

I am using CFG Usb loader and when i click special ops or multiplayer ,it stuckat loading and didn't move. Please tell me is it the problem of my files or the usb loader. The single player works fine...

btw, maybe you have a bad rip. maybe your game only has sp.
