Suggestion Status for people posting about a problem

Hello, I have a suggestion for the site.

See how it shows Suggestion on this post? I think that there should be a way to make the pre-fix something different like "Problem." Then later once it is solved, The OP could change it to "Solved."

I think that it is a good idea because if some people have the same problem, they could see the post that is solved and figure it out without making a new post.
