Just type the hexadecimal values of the characters, if さis 5530, then it's 5530, it's the same as latin character except there are no nullbytes. But you still have to do the "equalizing" thing

example, you want to remplace Kurisu (4B00 7500 7200 6900 7300 7500) with クリス (AF30 EA30 B930)

So you will search for 4B00 7500 7200 6900 7300 7500
And replace that with AF30 EA30 B930 0000 0000 0000

I hope you will understand with the colors

Alright so with for example I have AF30 EA30 B930 0000 0000 0000 and I want to change it to 4A 6F 73 65 ( Jose )would it be

AF30 EA30 B930 0000 0000 0000
4A 6F 73 65 00 00 ?

or

AF30 EA30 B930 0000 0000 0000
4A 00 6F 00 73 00 65 00 00

No one is going to tell you how to do that because it could be abused (put porn image etc), so no one is going to help you, if you want to get a custom picture, you will have to find how to do yourself, put some efforts into it.

If we did it, then you can do it too, it's not that hard

In other news, after four hours of time traveling, I finally got a villager to move via campsite, and I'm going to do comparisons for happiness values later.

I put two rivers in my town, someone ("Cey" if I recall correctly) said that it wasn't possible because of crashes

Still have to move 2/3 things and it will be okay

I can't understand your list, Ebony piano byte is 442B and not "3EDAA", I don't get it

edit: oh nevermind, you're talking about offsets...

Yeah they're offsets but I think I posted this at like, 3:30 in the morning, so my post was not that coherent at all.

I'm going to map all 10 villagers houses tomorrow, since it's all I have. I did pinpoint how happiness works, however, it's not as simple as it looks, especially with foreign villagers.

(It is fairly simple with villagers from your own town, though)

EDIT: Thanks to MasterLel, I found the motivation to do it for Villager 1!

villager 1 said:
0x2a0e2 - 0x2a0e3 = music for villager 1

0x2a0e6 - 0x2a0e7 = wallpaper for villager 1

0x2a0ea - 0x2a0eb = flooring for villager 1

0x2a0ee - 0x2a0ef = umbrella for villager 1

0x2a0f2 - 0x2a0f3 = furniture 1 for villager 1

0x2a0f6 - 0x2a0f7 = furniture 2 for villager 1

0x2a0fa - 0x2a0fb = furniture 3 for villager 1

0x2a0fe - 0x2a0ff = furniture 4 for villager 1

0x2a102 - 0x2a103 = furniture 5 for villager 1

0x2a106 - 0x2a107 = furniture 6 for villager 1

0x2a10a - 0x2a10b = furniture 7 for villager 1

0x2a10e - 0x2a10f = furniture 8 for villager 1

0x2a202 - 0x2a203 = furniture 9 for villager 1

0x2a206 - 0x2a207 = furniture 10 for villager 1

0x2a20a - 0x2a20b = furniture 11 for villager 1

0x2a20e- 0x2a20f = furniture 12 for villager 1

0x2a302 - 0x2a303 = furniture 13 for villager 1

0x2a306 - 0x2a307 = furniture 14 for villager 1

0x2a30a - 0x2a30b = furniture 15 for villager 1

0x2a30e - 0x2a30f = furniture 16 for villager 1

Villager 2's coordinates are 24f8 bytes after Villager 1's similar information, Villager 3's coordinates arfe 24f8 bytes after Villager 2 and so on. The information is at the same place, no matter what, making it easy to find.

was this from directly changing the hex codes instead of using the tile changing program someone made

So can you remove the waterfall completely? It's annoying still seeing the waterfall and the big hole underneath it.
Yes it's possible

You can add the river with the program, and then add the waterfall manually
