Hacking SNES emulator with working Dualshock support?

I was wondering if anyone knew of any SNES emulators for the PSP that work well with Dualshock controllers. I am currently using Snes9xTYLmecm 11-27-09 but it doesn't work right sometimes when I use a Dualshock controller (the built in controls work fine). For example. in the 7th saga when the battle screen comes up it is impossible to put in any commands unless you use the built in controls. Also when you do a save state and it asks you if you want to overwrite it you can't use the dualshock controller but have to reach over and use the regular built in controls. Could it be the Media Engine stuff is interfering with the Bluetooth support?
