Hacking Signed PSP homebrew on Vita?

Can the Vita run signed PSP homebrew without an exploit? Or is there no way to transfer it correctly?

BUT

the vita PSP mode is hacked, eCFW, custom FW for he vitas PSP mode
PSP homebew AND PSP game back-up work with it

you need to BUY the right game off the PSN for the exploit
the 2.02 game, is still unknown
