1.Whats main diffrences between 6.20 and 6.60 pro b10?
2.Is there a chances of bricking psp 3004 by downgrading to 6.20
3. Is it worth to downgrade from 6.60 to 620?

Thanks in advance

If you're already running a CFW with the ability to run pirated games, then there is no real reason to risk your system for a brick by downgrading it.

That depends on the motherboard/generation of your psp 3000. Take a look at this (from xist's guide):
firmwarecompatibility.gif

Download pspident and check the the motherboard/generation; if it's an 03g/04g, you'll be able to downgrade. If it's an 09g, you won't.
There's no difference whatsoever in compatibility to games, homebrew and plugin between 6.20pro and 6.60pro, though (only permanence).
