There are so many good shooters.

Call of Duty 4
Team Fortress 2
Counterstrike 1.6
Counterstrike: Source
Day of Defeat 1.3
Day of Defeat: Source

Those are just some I named off of the top of my head.

But they're all pretty good.

my $500 custom PC runs... crysis maxed
bullshit

I agree! No way a $500 rig runs Crysis maxed!!

I used the DX10 config thing and run it on [very]high. I get about 22fps. thats reasonable for me.

This is doubtful. My PC ran crysis on very high (though as fischju pointed out there were some things such as aa that I skimped on) around 30fps with the very high on dx9 hack, but I seriously doubt yours did since it was $500, and for that price you can't do much by way of new games. Of course, I seem to remember you already having things such as an 8800GT and other good parts, so really your $500 PC is suddenly an $800+ PC. but of course you would forget to say that to get more "geek cred," wouldn't you?

He salvaged most of his parts from his old computer so it could be $500.
You guys are all forgetting he has a 15" monitor.
He probably plays it at like 800x600 lol

CoD 4 isn't a bad game, not at all, but I find CoD 2 just a little bit better then CoD 4. Especially the sound, look and feel of the weapons made the difference for me.
And I think you need way more skill in CoD 2 to own online, then in CoD4.

But don't get me wrong here, I'm not saying CoD 4 is a bad game.
I bought it too, just to play online.
But I find CoD 2 better.
