Shin Megami Tensei IV Final/Apocalypse Save Editing

    While this might be too early, I got inspired by the SMT IV Editor to start checking out the save editing for this game.

    I was able to edit skills and stats so far for the MC and the Demons but since there's so many skills to check (not to mention the enemy-only skills which I would love to have) so I might as well start things so a save editor would soon follow for this game.

    Some skill digits I found out so far.

    7900 (79) - charge

    c501 (1c5) - victory cry

    e801 (1e8) - phys pierce

    af01 (1af) - phys pleroma

    b001 (1b0) - phys gigapleroma

    6f00 (6f) - silent prayer

    5901 (159) - soul drain

    8801 (188) - andalucia

    ee01 (1ee) - awakening

    8400 (84) - smile charge

    6800 (68) - luster candy

    5700 (57) - salvation

    c200 (c2) - desperate hit

    b800 (b8) - riot gun

    6b01 (16b) - akasha arts

    For stats, the normal maximum is 999 but I don't know yet if you can push it even higher.

    Well I was able to make huge progress on it lately after asking other japanese players.

    There's a complete skill digit list now, along with item digits for everything and stat editing for your party stock (the compendium editing is still tricky). You can use my safe file as a reference point.

    The list needs to be cleaned up for the US version though since it's mainly google translated.

    I'll upload other lists later on.

    Rough item data (first set of addresses is the hex placement, just ignore the "1". second is the quantity on the current hex digit).

    I'll be uploading my save file as a reference point soon.

    Any chance we can get that Demon list first before your save file? Someone mentioned the possibility of using the DLC characters like The Hero and Aleph in demon slots

    Unfortunately, the demon digit list is the only thing that wasn't checked out.

    Here's my save data in case those who might want to find the demon digits via stock or compendium.

    Could someone explain how you'd do this with hex or be willing to edit a save for me? (I'd just want max money & a few items). Only ever used Editors never raw hex changing.

    If Apocalypse is like the first, they go on forever and there are tons of duplicates and dummy data.

    I made a list of all the Demon IDs and Skill IDs with the English translations. There's an image that shows what values to change to edit a demon's data too. Just gonna leave it here.

    Awesome save editor, I'd just like to point out that you're missing some skills, so if possible, see if you can add those in as well.

    Also, I noticed that there are some inconsistencies regarding skill affinities, for example, let's say I have Surt who has +7 fire skill affinity, if I use the editor to replace a fire skill he had with say, a physical skill and reload the save, that physical skill would have +7 affinity instead of +4 which is what it should have, can you find a fix for this?
