What's the best (highest game support, most stable, etc.) Sega Genesis emulator for the DS?

Are there more besides PicoDrive and jEnesisDS?

Thanks

Picodrive plays all the sonic games @ decent speed, almost 100% compatability with all games.
I dunno about any others, I personally use my PSP for emus, much better.

Just wondering but, is there any Sega Genesis DS Emulator that can play SF2: Champion Edition or SSF2? I currently use jEnesisDS but have never touched PicodriveDS.

There was one emulator before picodrive but 4 fps would be about average. All are still mute although the author of jenesisDS has said over at GBAdev that some basic sound was being worked upon.

Edit: for street fighter try the SNES emulators or even have a look at the GBA.

jEnesisDS is currently miles better than PicoDrive DS (horrible framerates, I found it unusable). Can't wait til we get sound in jEnesisDS (which is being worked on right now).

Yes, sound would be nice. I can't stand playing games without sound. I'm holding off on a Genesis emulator for DS until it does have sound.

To me, no sound = useless.

I agree with Rayder. Sounds makes the game 100x's more enjoyable for me. So for right now, I'm gonna hold back on JEnesisDS.

Even if it's not the best quality? Lordus is working on BASIC sound. Which means, it won't be like the original games, but it'll be basic enough for us to hear and not drop the Fps of the games.

When I'm playing games such as DQ8, RA2 or PT I just have winamp play music instead of the game's music.
But some of the oldskool games really have a suiting OST (such as SF2's one ^^)

At this point, I just play my Sonic on the PC emu's which are nearly perfect.

The Sonic 2 music was burned into my brain way back when it was new.
