Amazon looks like it has some left for $30-40, which might not be the $7.99 it use to be, but lets be honest Cubic Ninja isn't worth $7.99 anymore.

I lokked for fun at price from ebay and a french website called leboncoin and... People are trying to sell it for as high as 80€...
With that much it's better to buy a gateway or any emulation cards like sky3ds.

So I went to a local used game shop known as PrePlayed, as I'm walking toward the 3DS section I overhear a guy at the register talking to the lady he's making his purchase from, and I hear, "... the reason I'm getting this game is because an exploit has been found and..." I immediately interject, "Cubic Ninja? Is that what you're talking about?" The guy was taken aback at first, but then he's like, "yeah, I'm getting a copy because of the new exploit," and so i explain that thats exactly what I'm there for too, and I ask the lady if they have any more copies, and to my joy she says, "yeah, we have one more copy." So I'm like I'll take it, that's awesome!" Only cost $6 too. I talked briefly with the dude about how sweet homebrew will be and then we both went our separate ways. It was pretty cool, especially since it was the first place I've checked in person and they had it, and the other dude was able to get his copy too, and mine was the last one, and it was only $6. I could not be happier.

Side note: Cubic Ninja is a delightful little game. I wouldn't have paid full price for the game, but its well worth the $6 I did pay for it regardless of the exploit being a thing or not.

Play-Asia is cancelling orders

It's great to hear about your interest in the 3DS title Cubic Ninja.
However, we were able to confirmed that this particular title is
completely out of stock – not just with us, but with multiple retailers and
suppliers – the sudden demand due to a recent discovery about the homebrew
capabilities of Cubic Ninja has made this title impossible to find,
especially when the last printed copy was pressed in 2011.
We regret to inform you that we will be cancelling all orders and refunding
if applicable. We apologized for this inconvenience may have caused.
If you'd like to know more, here is the source: http://par.bz/5g9

Regardless of the reason, we are still using our full power in searching
for stock, but as the current situation stands, we can honestly say that
this is almost impossible. We want to make sure that we are always
fulfilling our customer's demand and we will have you updated as soon as we
do chance on more quantities, our CS team will notify you immediately.

Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and we look forward
to your continued support.

Warmest Regards,

Your Team At Play-Asia.com
