Hardware "SD Card too slow" message while recording and shaking N3DS?

Can you replicate that with another SD card (a small one of 4Gb for eg.)
Maybe your SD slot is not locking the micro SD properly.

Or the slot isn't tight enough (it has a plastic plate to hold it in place).

I tried with another mSD; still error. I might look into removing the slot.
Why would you shake it tho? :P
My hands are shaky :-/

Just outta curiosity what class are you μSD cards? and if they are good then it may be due to poor mechanical connection.

I think I had the same issue on themes on no custom firmware, whenever I shake/dropped my o3DS, the theme would revert to normal.
Once I got CFW and A9LH, I no longer have this issue.
I haven't tested on no custom firmware on n3DS.
