I had not seen it so thankyou.
Unfortunately encryption is one of the areas I am less than brilliant in but from what I do know it seems nintendo actually had a team who roughly knew what they were doing (compared to the xbox people anyway). Hopefully they left a bus (assuming it is mapped to one) unencrypted so the required keys can be grabbed.
