(Footage contains blood and violence, do not watch if this makes you uncomfortable)
I just found RUINER after Devolver Digital tweeted about it today after it's announcement trailer, and it's apparently been in development since 2014. I'm pretty hyped up already! It's a top-down shooter set in 2091, made with Unreal Engine 4 and by a team of four made up of people that's worked on games such as the Witcher series, Dying Light, This War of Mine and Shadow Warrior.
"RUINER is a brutal action shooter set in the year 2091 in the cyber metropolis Rengkok. A wired sociopath lashes out against a corrupt system to uncover the truth and retrieve his kidnapped brother under the guidance of a secretive hacker friend."
The game is story driven, has a really great art-style in my opinion and the music from the trailer sounds great. Combat seems to be fast-paced and you'll be able to pick from a variety of gadgets such as an energy shield, dashing and hacking enemies to fight for you.
Honestly this pleases me so much aesthetically, I love cyberpunk themed games. What do you guys think? Will anyone else be giving this a shot?

Edit: 15 minutes of combat gameplay and a quick look at the tutorial from PAX!
