I don't know how different that site is from one in Spanish that I USED TO USE way back in 2007 to 2010, but it seems that... the Spanish Site has many DS Homebrew still available to download for any registered user.
So, if you're like:
"Please, can someone back up all the homebrew just for preservation"
Do not fear my dear... that site has it all of them I presume.
They even have all the older versions of old homebrews and DS emulators.
*NOTE: That Spanish Site was and still is User-Supported, but Homebrews still remains in their servers.
