The 360 can't execute arbitrary code like that.

It always turned out to be false.
A hex editor doesn't work that easily, especially not on exploiting a 360.
There's only one software exploit and that's also being used by the JTAG/RGH.

The Xbox 360 simply doesn't work that way. The only software based exploit for the 360 was patched ages ago (king Kong exploit for running linux). From what I understand the bug used was like a one in a million chance of occurring and it just so happened to be exploitable.
Granted it was an epic win for those who has the opportunity to use it, but I highly doubt you will find another exploitable big like that. The 360 is a pretty secure platform tbh.

I didn't know they made an MSU cart for the Genesis.... I knew about the SNES one and the library for that is rather large but the Genesis one has very few games+1
