Title says it all, I just became aware of rgbuilder last night, I'm way late to the scene, but I just modded my PS3 and converted it to DEX, thinking about doing the same with my xbox, just wondering if rgbuilder for 17511 is anywhere out there?

I thought the same, but after some reading, it looks like the ninja xbl service provides you with a working rgbuild installation for 17511? If it in fact does, then the builder must be out there somewhere, was hoping I would get lucky.

Yeah I found a build for the dash before 17511, and I found a post from a guy that bought a custom flash form them that has rgbuild enabled on 17511, so I think they do indeed have a private build. I guess you send them a NAND dump then they send you back a file to flash to your NAND.
Yeah idk I was reading the stuff they provide and I believe they have their own KV's, something about never getting banned or something. Not sure how they do it but I believe it's some type of MITM method.
