Hacking Restoring Removed News/Weather Channel (USA)

So I ran the dupe channel remover 2. Removed my Japanese duped channels, and my real USA channels and left the European channels. How can I get my channels back? If at all?

Also, is it possible to make a working WAD of the Mario Kart Wii Channel? J/W

See if you can find anyone kind enough to make wads for them. I'd do it but I'm a PAL user.

figured it out. removed the pal channels, then it showed the icons for both asking me to update. Updated and they are back. Thanks anyways.
