Gaming restore a nand backup with B9S ? How ?

I have a question, if I want restore a nand backup of my n3ds b9s (do with b9s)
How I restore it ?
With Gm9? Decrypt9? Hourglass9?
In decrypt9 I select (keep a9lh ?)

That's a good question I am wondering about...I would say Godmode9, choosing the Nand restore (safe) option but not sure...I don't want to brick or uninstall boot9strap by accident...

GodMode9. I moved two 3DS systems from emuNAND to boot9strap yesterday, and had to use GM9 to import the emuNAND directly into sysNAND with the "NAND image options…"->Restore SysNAND (safe)” option.
