Hacking Reorder rom titles on gateway 3ds

So i could've sworn i have seen somewhere there was a small program that would allow you to put the roms you have on your gateway multirom list in the order you wanted. i've searched here, maxconsole, and googled it. i'm pretty sure it was here i saw it but idk anymore because searching the forums leads me to nothing. i must be missing the specific keywords. any help? was i just dreaming?
