Gaming Remote Play with PC?

I was wondering if it was possible to stream games to my PC using remote play. I did some searches on it, but all I saw was a bit of fishy software, and a poorly rated youtube vid. Is there any way of using remote play to stream to my PC, and if so how? Since the psp and vita can do it, I would think I high end PC could easily.

Yes, you can use PS3 Remote Play with PC.

Keep in mind that not all games support Remote Play - the feature can be enabled on more titles, but you need a CFW'd PS3 for that.

Is there any way to downgrade from the current firmware or CFW it? I unfortunately updated past 3.55 before I knew the benefits of CFW. The remote play list seems pretty weak, so I'd like to have full game compatibility.
