Can anyone help? I was trying to download a game via sleep installation but whenever freeshop says that the title is ready to be downloaded via sleep mode, the title doesnt appear on my home screen for sleep install. I tried multiple times but it just didn't appear on my home screen. After numerous failed attempts, I just settled for normal download but here's where the problem comes in, now whenever I try to download a game, it just keeps retrying and never really starts a download. I'm assuming freeshop still thinks that I have a sleep mode download ready for installation that's why it keeps failing at normal downloads. How do I fix this?

Is someone getting Metroid Samus Returns USA to show up in their freeShop?
For some reason I can only see the EUR release, but not the USA one.

I checked on that titlekeys site and indeed the USA release is listed there, but it doesn't appear on freeShop for me.
Am I doing something wrong or is the cache nor updated for that one yet?

Try a different internet source - eg try a mobile phone hotspot (you could download a little VC game to test).

Maybe check your SD card for errors with H2testw (and before that check you aren't out of space).

Well after just about giving up, I finally figured it out...kinda? I'm 90%+ positive my ISP is attempting to block it. I called them (centurylink) and they said that they do not block pages. Tried a proxy and it worked on my PC. Thinking about how I can make this work with my 3DS, I decided to use the good old GoogleDNS; 8.8.8.8 as the Primary and 8.8.4.4 as the Secondary DNS and VOILA!~ Works like a charm, tested a couple of downloads and installs just to be sure.

Yup, it was really my card, a damn fake 32GB card that is in fact only a 8GB. After i found the real capacity i partitioned the sd card, now it works flawlessly, thanks for the advice

This happens sometimes to me as well.

USUM will be in there as soon as it is in the titlekey site. That requires someone to buy the games and upload their titlekey file there, then it gets added to the database.

Both games have already been added to the title keys site. They were added when the preloads were first available.

Uninstall this version and read the qr code from op using FBI
