I have .NET Framework 4.6.1 installed on windows 7. That cool? Actually when I go to windows features, it says .NET Framework 3.5.1 is enabled.

then instead, please show me a picture of the error itself, so I can help you better
also, remember .NET Framework it's NOT acumulative
please check you have 3.5.1 installed (if it says you have it enebled it should be enabled, but better to double check)

Step 1: Code scripts -> Done!
Step 2: Code error handlers -> W.I.P.
Step 3: Update translations to English and French -> Pending
Step 4: Beta Testing -> Pending
Step 4a: Correct errors found on the Beta Testing -> Pending
Step 5: Release

I am on step 2 actually. But that's a very small step.
I will probably contact the translation team on two days.
When the translations are updated, I will release a private beta for certain friends of mine to test, then I will correct the erros found (if there is some error), then I will release the final application.

I will keep you all up-to-date on this everytime I finish one step.

Try saving it to the desktop.
C:/Users/(Username here)/Desktop

Hmm... Try saving to an external drive, like a USB Disk, or, if you are on a new3DS, transfer it directly to your SD Card.

how many free space do you have on your C Drive?
what's the full path to the file you are creating?

edit: third question:
how many free ram do you have? At least 500MB are required to create a 100 themes package

280 GB free on C drive and 4.5 GB of RAM.

also put on the screen the task manager showing the process section
then try to compile a simple 2 themes package
upload me the video so I can try to figure out the problem

Not sure if this was already solved, but HTT hangs on the first theme while creating the icon. Ideas?
