Hacking [Release] CIA NetInstaller - Send CIA to FBI

Hello everyone,

I have made up this gui to make installation of CIA easier.

The app is in french. "Envoi" means "Send".

Thanks to mooglazer for FalconPunch. I converted his script with py2exe. The name of the executable is sendfile.exe.
