So, Windows Defender really doesn't like the GBA CIA creator, and thinks it's a Trojan. This: https://www.microsoft.com/security/...pursint.A!cl&threatid=2147705703&enterprise=0 is what it thinks it is. Is it a false positive?
I don't have any problem with this tool on my 2DS. Your 2DS is probably not fully hacked/patched
What about RX Tools makes it so that gba CIAs can't run? Is there a fix?THERE'S the problem.
No.Will it be possible to save states on a gba cia?
Well, it's not necessarily RXTools, but it's an outdated CFW that isn't updated anymore. You should switch to Luma, then people will help you. What about RX Tools makes it so that gba CIAs can't run? Is there a fix?
Have you got a patched AGB_FIRM? Luma chokes on those as it patches automagically. This used to work, but now on the latest Luma I'm getting a black screen trying to play any GBA games.

i have a new3dsxl and i was wondering if installing a patched agb_firm would fix this issue: http://gbatemp.net/threads/q-gba-cia-on-emunand-not-rendering-screen-correctly.397084/#post-6550001
gba games randomly move their screen up and it gets messed up (cluster size of sd is 32k)
