Hi everyone, I've been trying to get my R4 card to work. Unfortunately, when I boot up the R4 it just stops on the "Loading..." screen. I just received my R4 card and am using a 2GB Micro SD. I have tried many different kernels formatting in between each and none have worked. This is the model I am using http://www.bestr4i3ds.com/r4ds-r4-ds-0815-flash-card-for-nintendo-ndslnds-p-25.html and I also purchased my Micro SD on the same site. I will attach a photo of my R4 and Micro SD (The R4's sticker is peeled a little bit, because I checked underneath it)

Download the kernel for your card from http://filetrip.net/nds-downloads/flashcart-files/download-wood-r4-1-62-f32256.html and extract the files from the archive into the root (that means without subfolders directly to the card) of your MicroSD card.

I have tried this Kernel several times, this might be a long shot, but I've been thinking the reason maybe because that SD card says "RD" (which idk what that is) instead of Kingston or Sandisk like I've seen online on other cards. Aren't those two companies recommended for R4's?

To anyone having this issue or something similar, I bought this: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000PC62O6 and used it in my R4 using the firmware recommended, and it worked perfectly, I will change my title of this thread to include "[Solved]" at beginning in hopes it helps someone in the future.

Edit: I didn't know I couldn't change title, but hopefully an Admin or someone could.

I wonder what the deal with that microSD card is. I bought a bundle that came with one too, and I think it's causing the dreaded "Loading..." error.
