Hacking questions on a few psp games

I was wondering about a few things:
Has anyone looked at these games for at least a item/skills/menu patch: heroes phantasia and rezel cross.
Also what will it take to do the skills/items for Last Ranker. I checked the thread and it said it was a basis zip, didn't even need winrar or anything.

Looks like theres no one who has tried it yet why not you do it?
