Gaming Question regarding pokebank and gateway compatibility

is it possible to use and trade the pokemon from a gateway 3ds Pokemon x/y game to the pokebank cloud? with emunand ofcourse?

Yes it's 100% save and Compatible of course you can upload hacked pokemon

but useless if you plan to import pokemon from black ,white,black 2, white 2 ...
