You download XCXGecko (a save editor, not TCPGecko), run TCPGecko Installer + Kernel from loadiine.ovh, launch XCX, wait until you hear the disc stop spinning after you load in game, enter your Wii U's IP address in the field to the upper-left, click "CONNECT", and then the rest is self-explanatory. Except for the weapon editing, which you may want to see the official thread for.

What I'm trying to say is it possible via manual save editing cause I don't have SSB disc to use XCXGecko

You can use XCXGecko with your disc/eshop version. Also XCX works in Mii Maker mode for loadiine too.

just setup the regular TCPgecko to run when you play your disc/eshop title
and then start XCXgecko, no need for SSB

Can confirm that, tried it out yesterday and it worked like a charm. The small tutorial given in this thread is everything you need.

It worked and changed my name.
So I ended up using the reward ticket cheat then crafted Ares 90 but its so powerful that ended up selling it cause it makes the game boring

On a related question, say i bought the game because it really flashed me with hoe good it is and makes me want to get all the communityfeatures, can i back my loadiine save up and inject it as a legit save under my acount via saviine or something?
Oh also it is a ntsc save, while i will buy the pal game, i hope this is one of the games where it doesn't matter

What's Ares 90?
Also, try going to "party members", select "confirm changes", win a quick battle, and then save.
That might fix the not saving thing.
