Hi, I have a question about terms of uses
I know we dont have the right to post links to roms and such
but are we allowed to post link to fanmade game based on copyrighted content?
for exemple, am i allowed to post a link to download a 3d PC Pokemon game?

It's a fan game though, just using copyrighted characters. You'll be fine.

If it went like that then a solid chunk of the homebrew for the GBA and DS would be troubled.

If it has been C&Ded then maybe consider not posting a link/reupping. It is probably not going to get you slapped as hard as posting a ROM but don't be surprised if the link vanishes.

But remember the Goddess who made Pokémon Bun? She is not allowed to post a link to her OP in her thread since it still has copyrighted files from the cia she built on that site.
Fan made games should be fine though, but if it's a rom hack, like Pokémon Bun, then it's not allowed because most romhacks still have copyrighted files.

The actual patch used to patch the game is fine. A pre-patched ROM is not ok to post.
Fanmade games that use no copyrighted code is fine to post as well.
