Hacking Question about IDPS and PSID

i was in a hurry and bought this by a seller on ebay... i bought my ps3 second hand pre jailbreaked... but i could not access psn ... i wanted though so i set my ps id to the new one i bought and my idps too... and i clicked on the "enable eachtime the console is booted" option... but i have not written down my old ids... .-. now i found out that the problem was in the DEBUG settings... so i guess the old psid and idps were not banned ..
any idea how to get back my old ids? or are they both lost forever? any tipps pls help me i am new in the scene

Well, I have been used it so that's why i dont bother access PSN fear of getting banned, you know.

The best is to show the photo so I will know if they are gone or something. Just cover ip in black and what does the message say otherwise?
