Hacking PSVITA keeps on Crashing after Henkaku installed

Hello,
Sorry for being noob, i keep on searching for this fix, but so far got nothing.
I have PSVITA phat running 3.60

This has been my issue ever since i installed Henkaku.

Note: not my own picture, but same error message

This error started when i installed Vitamin dumped game Dengeki Bunko: Fighting Climax Ignition.
at first, i only encounter them on 'specific' battle map on this game. other than that, its smooth, i can still play my games on cart.

Later on, i tried playing other games marked as "stable", but i still get this error.

so yesterday, i've decided to completely reformat my psvita.
Rebuild Database
Reformat Memory Card (on recovery)
Reset default
reformat memory card (on settings)

after that, i tried playing one of my cart games, then i get this error again. i havent installed henkaku yet after reformatting.

im out of options now, what should i do to fix my vita? maybe a faulty memory card?

Sounds like something hardware related. Or some OS files may be corrupt. Did you modify anything in partitions other than ux0 when you had Vitashell?

maybe its your dump of Dengeki Bunko: Fighting Climax Ignition since you said you're cart games work ?

delete the game your tried first that started crashing. games like that will screw with your vita and eventually kill it.

100% that's what i would do !

He said he formatted his Mem card and reset his Vita, and the problem occurs with games he plays on carts. Read OP clearly. Above advice isn't an option.

thanks for the input guys, i managed to 'somehow' fixed it.

heres what i did:

after the crash on my cart game (Project diva X), i formatted my PSVITA again, both memory card and the vita itself,
without updating, ofcourse.

Started with Restore Vita
then Format Memory Card
once again Restore Vita
i think somewhere here i hit the rebuild database because it crashed again
Format memory card
restore vita
test, still crashed
then here on, i hit Format memory card and restore vita about 3 more times before i tried testing it
lastly, during setup on my last restore, i pressed NO to setup/link psn account.

seriously, i saw vita's welcome video more than i should.

after that, i tried playing again the game in my cart, Project Diva X, its smooth again. no more errors.
until i hit the ps button during game, the screen freezed. i had to hold the power button to restart.

maybe later i will install henkaku and will try some popular dump games like dragon quest builders. i will post the result afterward

oh yeah, to answer satan89's question.
nope i didnt modify anything inside ux0 or any other folders except adding new folder inside called VPKs and installed dengeki bunko (.vpk) from there.
