Hardware PSN email not received.

Hope this is the right place to post this, I'm trying to get my new PS4 to sign in with my PSN but it wants to verify my email address (even though I already had a PSN account). However I never receive the email. Yes I've checked spam folder. Yes I've tried to resend. Any ideas and has anyone else encountered this?
