It seems today (yesterday, sorry) PlayStation 4 developer zecoxao announced on Twitter that the interactive teaser for the playable game Silent Hill called P.T (Playable Teaser) was decrypted and the game backup is fully functional and playable on a PlayStation 4 Testkit console!
It seems other people helped with this as well thanks to AnB69947709 for providing dumps and files also to PixelButts for testing the backup on his PlayStation 4 developer console unit. Also I would include downloads although I doubt anyone on GBAtemp has a Testkit PlayStation 4 and it's against the rules. A little googling and you can find the game. ONLY WORKS if you have a Testkit.
