Hacking Ps4 issues. Just my console?

So after all this the console was working fine then gave me 3 beeps and turned off. Couldn't turn it on by controller or power button on console. Only way it turned on was by removing mains plug and re attach. It done it again and again and again. Managed to go into safe mode and rebuilt the database. After starting a game I downloaded it done the same thing. Went online after doing some searching someone mentioned this could happen if a download was interrupted . indeed this was the case in my position. Paragon 2 update file was interrupted . by then it crashed again. So went into safe mode rebuilt database then updated any games that requires them . now works fine. Weird
