Hacking PS Vita PCH-1004 mainboard downgrade - what board

Hi (and sorry for my - maybe verry dumb question),
i've got an european ps-vita model wifi pch-1004 with firmware 3.65.
To downgrade i'd like to swap the mainboard, but on ebay there are only pch-1001 mainboards (firmware 3.60) listed.
Is this the board (pch 1001) i need?

Yes, the last digit is the region (4 continental europe, 1 america), what matters is the shape of the motherboard itself = IRS-002

It is possible to put a US board in an EU Vita.

Just be sure to follow any guides to upgrade it to 3.60 using e.g. DNS if it's less than that.

The Vita itself is region free, it won't make any difference what motherboard you put into it.
