well since i dont have my switch on the latest update because of you know why.

i could not really download the demo, so i just watched the gameplay of it on Yt.
i have to say i love love the artwork of the game.

it reminds me of the very old classic FF tactics (psx) and tactics ogre etc.
i love those , except octopath is not a srpg but a turn based one.

i personally am looking forward to the release of the game, plot wise it seems abit complex.
i just wish it was a 1 type of thing, i personally dislike picking sides in games.

and in this one we have like 8 characters ?
each might be slightly different or so..?

anyway, i would have hoped that all those 8 characters were together or something, no cross path stuff oh well.

the best thing about it for me is the style/graphics look great.
and the battles look really cool and flashy!

Already beat primrose and it was incredibly hard Solo. This will not be a low level friendly game.
Edit: I hope you get an option to sacrafice the slaver's soul to some deity to revive the other girl.

I really liked it. Great music, decent graphics. I'm not a big fan of how it looks like an upscaled PSX game, but the lighting effects sort of make up for it, making the game very atmospheric.
The gameplay was fun, and I like how each character has their own unique ability that plays into the plot. Boss battles were also fun, and the memorable battle music keeps them from getting boring.
That you have separate storylines for each character is pretty cool, although I can't see myself playing through the game 8 times to beat every storyline.
